Just the color of this smoothie made me happy. The spices made it taste like dessert, I felt like I was cheating on breakfast.
- 1 medium beet (steamed)
- 1/2 cup carrots (steamed)
- 1/2 medium sweet potato (steamed)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of cinnamon
- You should know the drill by now -- dump all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
