I am by no means an economics expert nor am I a political policy expert but I think I have a bit of common sense. Which is more than I can say for anyone who thinks trickle down economics works or can work. I think of this policy in very simple terms...go with me here: I'm portly and plain but my mom wants me to stand out in a crowd, so, she buys my friend who is already smoking hot (and gets tonnes of attention,) a gym membership, gets her a personal trainer, sets her up with lifetime salon services, and a nutritionist in hopes that she will take me with her everywhere she goes and I'll get noticed. Sounds absurd, right? This, to me, is trickle down economics.
